April 17th, 2008 at 2:46 pm
how so? gunpla is actually good for you since it stimulates the mind. ^^;
about where you can buy gunpla you can check out my a-store: http://astore.amazon.com/gundamaniac-20
or on the wasabitoys. which region are you from anyway?
however if you’re looking for bootleg gunpla I’m afraid I can’t help you. sorry.

isn’t gunpla = model like bandai
i am in USA, TX how about you
can you recommand me place to buy supplies for building the model?? like paint and etc
April 19th, 2008 at 8:49 am
yup gunpla = gundam plastic models.
I’m Canadian, but currently residing in the Philippines.
regading paint and other supplies, you can usuallyfind these at hobbyshops, don’t know where you can find it locally in Texas. but for special decals you might want to do a search for samuel decals and for more advance builders metal parts would be available at mecha skunk.

well i don’t know any hobby stores in Houston
so i buy them online and its pain in the ass to wait for shipment it takes 7 or more days and i am trying to find some hobby stores here but the nearest one that i know of is in dallas and that is like 4 hour drive form here
I’m planning to work on Zeta what do you think?
i never had advice from people because i am the only one here that do model, my friend buy model with me but just enjoy building them. I want to know the proper tools, paint, and etc. because i think the way i do it is wrong
April 19th, 2008 at 1:20 pm
i wish there was a hobby store in Houston so i can buy some spare parts to make mods and stuff because sometimes things look different in person than seeing them on a screen. I know there is a store around here but i search them on like map and stuff and nothing shows up. and what do you mean by mecha skunk ??? is it a website?

you can check out this post: http://www.marvinryan.com/blog/2007/05/29/tutorials-how-to-build-gundam-model-kits/
regarding mecha skunk, just do a google search and check out the first link. ^^
re the zeta, its one of the harder MG to build but still its a great kit. just take care with the mega cannon, I know a few guys who broke the upper part while building it, including myself. ^^;
