Gundamaniac

I have to admit, although I’m facinated with beautifully sculpted figure of Haruhi Suzumiya by max factory. the truth is, I haven’t had time to watch the anime from the DVD I got months ago. (ToT) but then again that shouldn’t stop me from getting the figure anyway. ^^

I wasn’t competely satisfied with the old photos I took of my Revoltech Saber. In fact I would say they were a bit too bland, so I decided to take some new photos. ^^

I always felt stonehenge was the perfect background for saber. ^^

for those wondering what am I doing over at the High and Blighty… well I’m not really there, I took some of my old photos in England and used it as a background for Saber. ^^
on a sidenote, I ’ve finally started to work on a MG kit: the fairly new MG Hi-Nu Gundam. however I was too lazy to figure out a new color scheme for it, so I decided to use the old default colors. ^^ also, another weekend highlight I want to share is that I was fortunate enough to have acquired a new Suzumiya Haruhi by Max factory. ^^ whoohoooo! hopefully I’ll be able to post some of the pictures I took soon. ^^

yes its official, the 100th gundam has just been unveiled. and I guess it feels like someone just pulled out the rug under my feet sending me off my feet and flat on my face. ^^ Gunota has posted the news and as it turns out, the 100th MG is the must ache… I mean mushached Turn A Gundam. woopeedoodie! ^^ click on the image below to check out the original source: at run chicken S’s blog

oh well. I guess I did tell myself that  I’d get myself one of the 100th kit no matter what gundam they would release. :p

I’ve always wanted a 1/144 Dendrobium, but I guess the Gundam Fix Figuration #0034 RX-78GP03S Gundam Stamen would have to do for now. ^^ this GFF is a simplified version of the dendrobium designed by Hajime Katoki (who incidently kinda looks like Danny on the wikipedia image ^^). The GFF#0034’s package was around 3/4 the size of the GFF#0013. but as it turns out, the stamen when assembled was bigger. ^^ and though the GFF isn’t yet a full dendrobium, it definitely still is a must have for gundam fan out there.

comes with stands to keep the big engine and cannon from falling off. ^^

Back view, oh btw if you do decide to get one, do be carefull when screwing in those thrusters. I broke my stamen’s frame when putting on mine and had to use superglue to fix it. :p

the kit isn’t short on weapons as well, and has a side storage for them goodies. ^^

had these images for a couple of days, but I couldn’t post them until now. unfortunately my internet connection was on the fritz again. a word of advise to those planning to get an ADSL line from PLDT. find another provider. ^^  Anyway before I veer off this post and rant on about my internet provider. here are the images of the fully possable fate stay night saber by revoltech.

I wonder why revoltech decided on making a saber figure. but then again I guess I shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth. ^^ anyway I do think I’ve posted more than enough pictures of this figure. ^^ but if you’re itching for more, check out samejima’s blog. he has some images of his revoltech saber which he got hold off earlier than I did mine. ^^ plus he has some more links of other proud saber owning bloggers showing of their new saber. ^^
