Shuraki Trinity: Akatsuki Mishiro
Akatsuki Mishiro is the first of three figures released earlier on by the Good Smile Company and Red Entertainment. the package includes a two drama audio CD, an illustrated booklet and of course the beautifully sculpted figure. unfortunately though, my particular pack didn’t have the booklet.
oh well, then again it was a bit cheaper than the other Akastsuki Mishiro figure I saw displayed on another consignment locker. ^^ besides it saves me the trouble of racking my brain to understand what was written on it. nihongo no kanji ga totemo muzukashii desu yo ne! ^^ anyway back to the figure, Akatsuki Mishiro also came with an alternative battle scarred clothing.
you can check out how she looks in both on the images bellow.
She also has two interchangable katanas, the red Yominomu and the Blue Aonoyuki.
since the clothes can be interchanged obviously it’s also a cast off figure as well. ^^ however, in order to change her clothes you’d have to take her arms apart, fortunately the seams are not so obvious and is stratigically lined against her bra straps.
The figure itself is a beautifully sculpted piece of art by Zenkoo. check out the link to see more of his works. and if you would want to see more images of Akatsuki Mishiro, scroll on down to the bottom to check out the gallery. but before that I just have to post some of the not so serious images I took of the figure. ^^
Mishiro Akatsuki the Waitress. ^^ I remember seeing the image from Danny’s news item. the original is posted here. anyway I realized I had the same food tray set so decided to take images of it as well. a real shame that I don’t have the tea pot as well.

Hey, I have questions about his figure! Is it easy to re-attach the arms and clothes? What holds them together? Do I need any glue? Sorry for so much questions.

its okay, changing clothes and reattaching the arms is quite easy, no glue needed, there’s a niche on the body where excess molding from the arm attaches itself like lego parts. ^^;

Oh wow, that sounds (relativly) easy, thanks! Didn’t think I’d get a reply to a post months old, ha. I pre-ordered another figure from the series the other day and was curious how you went about it all.

no problem, I try to answer as much comments as I can, although I often do miss out comments from older post. ^^;

It’s an original figure produced by good smile and red entertainment, no anime or manga. but it did have a dorama audio cd that comes with it.
