We’re Pregnant!

November 16, 2007 By: marvin Category: Personal 19 Comments →

a few days after we arrived from Japan we received some great news.
we found out that my wife’s period was delayed, so we went out to get one of those readily available pregnancy test kit.
the test
as it turned out we got 2 lines on the test. ^^ we tested it again after 48 hours with the same result. so we opted to visit an ob-gyne check up on her as well as a final confirmation of pregnancy.
our baby
and thats our baby. a little embryo tadpole thing complete with a small tail. ^^ Just imagine in a little more than eight months this little feller will come out into the world and in a few years time I’ll have someone to help me build my gunpla army and take over the world. mwahahahaha. *kero kero* ^^

Elevator Monitor

November 15, 2007 By: marvin Category: Stray Thoughts, Travels No Comments →

On my visit to Kiddyland, I noticed that there was a monitor on top of the buttons outside the elevators.
elevator monitors
apparently it was installed so that shoppers need not waste time waiting on a full elevator. of course why let your shoppers wait if they can spend more time spending money in the shop. ^^ But still, the monitor was something quite unique to see. btw don’t enter the elevator if plan to pick your nose or if you have a bald spot on your head. else everyone watching the elevator monitor would see it. ^^
