Japan Priority Seats
I wrote an entry about this strange looking priority seat sign in Japan a while back. I saw this sign on my first visit to Japan back in 2005 on a subway train at the Akasaka station on the Ginza line.

it looks as though it tells a story of a man with a boner, went to procreate, got partner pregnant and later on the partner gave birth. ^^ however what it really meant was, please give seats to
1: Senior citizens (guy with walking stick and not guy with angry stiff stick)
2:Â Folks with children (with a bouncing baby on their lap)
3. Pregnant women
4. People with walking disability or injured people. (with pot belly) ^^

good thing they’ve already changed the sign. ^^

Neat pictures from the Ginza Line. I am doing a bit of research on it today since it is the 90th anniversary of that line.
