Muertos Bolitas (death balls)
It was on the news yesterday that a boy from Negros Occidental, Philippines was found dead from tetanus after the ball bearing in his penile implant started to rust. The local term for these ball bearing implants are called bolitas, Young boys would often have them implanted underneath the skin of their little bro in order to increase sexual prowess. however without proper medical supervision in performing this sugical procedure they usually end up with an infection or worst result in death.
