Thor the Movie
Didn’t Know that there was a Thor movie coming up next year. they haven’t announced who will be acting as the god of thunder yet but what is confirmed is that Matthew “Stardust” Vaughn will be sitting on the director’s chair for this movie.
If I were to pick out actors from the top of my head to play the god of thunder, my top three in no particular order would be:
Brad Pitt, since he already played a demigod as Achileus in the movie Troy. Brad pitt seem to fit right in as the norse god Thor.
Karl Urban who played Éomer on Lord of the Rings, he may not have that superstar quality like Brad Pitt but he certainly looks the part.
Paul Michael Levesque aka Triple H, this wrestling superstar may not have enough experience to play as a movie lead. but he has the built to play as Thor. only problem is that a hammer might looks tiny in his hands. ^^;
Oh btw, heard that Iron Man Robert Downey Jr. will have a cameo on the upcoming Incredible Hulk movie.

i dont think its coming out next year, on wikipedia it says on june 4,2010. next year would be magneto, luke cage and X-Men Origins: Wolverine

I personally think that Triple H should be Thor.. he looks the part and could be a really great choice

Khalil d, only problem is that he isn’t that big a hollywood actor. and his acting on blade trinity wasn’t that good.

ok do you really know any thing about thor because most don’t and ican only assume that you are of no diffrence i’m sorry to be a prick but i’m sick of all of this miss portrieal of my gods some of these jurk offs should do a little reading befor they decide to invest in a movie that is totaly incorect i do say the same to you none of your picks look anything like thor. think about it ohh yea hail odin and may you live like a man.

Timothy, here is the thing, they are making a movie of the marvel super hero Thor although he was based on Norse god Thor, I made my picks based on the comic book character and not on how the original Norse god should look like.
let me put it this way, remember the superman movies, an alien shouldn’t even look like a man, however we accept Christopher Reeves or Brandon Routh as an alien from a distant planet. because the movie is based on the comic book character who is an alien who also conveniently looks human.
