More Shizouka Gundams
seems like a never ending stream of Gundam and toy news eh? hope no one is tired of this. anyway here are some more Gundams from the Shizouka Hobby Event.
HCMPro Wing Series
The DeathScythe, Wing Gundam, the Heavy Arms, Shenlong and the Sandrock Gundam. looks like a complete set. ^^ although truth be told, I’d rather that Bandai released the Endless Waltz version.

if there’s one reason for Bandai to include the Excalibur anti ship sword, it’s to do this diorama. ^^;

That last one is a training Gundam from the “Ecole du Ciel” Manga, only read the thng once yet I distinctly remember that design.

Yup, it’s from the manga. TGM-79C GM Canard, or so it says from MAHQ.net. A training unit, and one heck of a GM design from universal century era.
I like the design of the mechas for the manga. A mix between UC design and after century, the main Gundam even looks like Rahxephon mixed with NT-1.

Gab & Michael, thanks for the info. was’t even sure if it was a gundam. ^^;

I’m still following the manga. It’s up to volume 8 right now in english. I sort of like the design, except perhaps in different colors.

Personally, I don’t mind the Gundams from GW in their original Okawara/TV designs. But what would I would wish more than the Endless Waltz “second stage” (borrowing a phrase from Wikipedia) Gundams in the HCM Pro line would be the “first stage” (original five) Gundams as redesigned by Hajime Katoki. Beyond only GFF’s 1/144 Wing Gundam ver. Ka figure and the MG 1/100 model, I remember there were conversions for the five EW Gundam models to be Katoki’s redesigned original five Gundams.

baka, I’d have to check it out one of these days.
Siroh, yeah, Hajime Katoki certainly has a gift of making great things look a lot better.
