Revoltech ARX-8 Laevatein and EVA-01 type F
is it just me, or does anyone feel that the quality of revoltech’s toys has been improving lately?
Tachicoma has found new revoltech friends, an ARX-8 Laevatein and an EVA-01 type F.
this is the first I’ve seen one with GFF like instructions.
however they still keep the part unsecured on this shaped black plastic container. which can sometimes be a pain if you suddenly sneeze while holding it, and everything goes flying out into the clutter in your room.
personally I usually keep my extra revoltech parts in separate ziplock bags. to preserve freshness. ^^; btw these weapons look like Strike’s Armor Schneider combat knives, and miniature Exia GN sword.

Hentai Eva tries to steal some of Mikuru’s milk.
Thankfully Mikuru has saber wing zero as air support.
with the EVA-01 type F knives I can pose Mikuru like Nida holding a blade. ^^

finally even if Tachikoma lost all his revoltech friends to the figma girls, he’s content with playing with Roy Focker.

I don’t know much about Revoltech, but I’m getting their Saber Alter soon.. so we’ll see. Are those wings on your Saber easily removable or did you have to modify her in any way? Same with the figmas, did you have to mod them at all to get the weapons to fit or did they just naturally work with them? Love the pictures looks like the SOS dan is getting bigger

the wings are stuck on using bluetac, easily removable. ^^ most of the 1/144 stuff like GFF and MSIA stuff easily fits to figmas, although some would need bluetac to stick on as well. ^^ congrats on your saber alter. ^^

Wow… that Lavaetein does look really good for a revoltech. It doesn’t have that shiny plastic look to it!

Z, some of the red parts are still shiny and made of the same material old revoltech figure use. but yes, overall the figure seem to be better in quality than the old ones. ^^

Mark, I was also surprised when I saw Best toys in V-mall had them on their shelf. went straight in and bought it. they seem to always be the first among the stores to sell the latest gundams and revoltechs.

Nice coverage there! Haha the I like “Kyon’s Angels” for hinting the harem and Yuki holding the gun while reading casually at the same time. At least you don’t have to worry about Mikuru getting discontinued. Me on the other hand can’t get a figma Fate at a good price because the distributor has decided not to release Fate to Hong Kong, which has caused the unofficially imported ones to go inflated like mad. T_T

YesAsia is pretty ripped off in my opinion; you might as well buy them in a shop rather than ordering online. Saber’s price has been lowered a little due to more imports recently, but Fate Harlaown (which is the one I want) is not at the moment…
