went to eat out a few days ago and saw these strange stuff on the menus

When I first saw peasant on the menu, I said eh? waiter… what’s this? turns out it’s chicken.
Anyone care for some cooked peasant I heard they taste just like chicken. ^^

Ah… Green eggs and ham. still remember the book from my childhood:

Always knew what balut was, It’s a southeast asian delicacy, a partially developed duck or chicken still in its egg boiled and eaten with a pinch of salt. Some say its a better aphrodisiac than oysters. never had the courage to try it though. however I believe it was featured in TV show: Fear Factor. ^^ what I didn’t know was that balut were sold on supermarkets in bottles. ^^;

Felt like finding a cuppa java the other day and went down to a UCC coffee shop. 

boy do they have nice elegant cups eh? tried out a cup of Blue Mountain number 1 coffee. Guaranteed to to give you the jolt of your life…

Because if the caffeine from the coffee doesn’t wake you up, the bill surely will. ^^; Php399 is about $10usd. ^^
