Boxart for the Shin Musha looks really cool. Ngee Khiong reports that it uses the OYW internal frame, but the outer frame is ver ka beefed up with samurai armor.

seems like a never ending stream of Gundam and toy news eh? hope no one is tired of this. anyway here are some more Gundams from the Shizouka Hobby Event.

HCMPro Wing Series
The DeathScythe, Wing Gundam, the Heavy Arms, Shenlong and the Sandrock Gundam. looks like a complete set. ^^ although truth be told, I’d rather that Bandai released the Endless Waltz version.

SHCMpro Gundam Alex
They aren’t scheduled to be released anytime soon, but I hope Bandai do release them sometime in the near future. ^^

Master Grade Gundams
MG Force Impulse Gundam
if you have four gundam action base stands lying around the house, then the MG force impulse gundam is perfect for you. ^^

if there’s one reason for Bandai to include the Excalibur anti ship sword, it’s to do this diorama. ^^;

Zaku Packs
how many times can Bandai sell variations of the Zaku? well judging from the packs below, 5 not including color variations. ^^; thank heavens I’m not a Zaku fan.

some Variants of the 00 gundams.

Soul of Chogokin Daimos
One of the older giant robot Anime I remember watching as a wee lad, Daimos. The tiny car drives up his feet while on truck mode. and the pilot controls this mecha much like how they do it with the G Gundam series. ^^

The Mach 5
I’m not that old to have watch this anime, but did catch a glimpse of it on cartoon network reruns. didn’t like the effects on the movie though. felt like I was watching spykids. ^^;

Keroro
don’t like buying keroro kits, but I have to say these look cute. ^^

I didn’t put a title on this one, since I don’t know what they are. however they look too cute not to post. ^^ wonder where I can find these things in the market. would love to get these for me kid when she comes out. ^^

Also from Gunpla Secret Factory and Pam’s Homepage via Gundam King Gunota. but figured it needed a separate post. the upcoming RX-78 Gundam Ver. 2.0. Am not liking the shoulders and lack of panel lines, however I guess it’s supposed to look as close to the anime version as possible.

Edit: image of internal frame via Ngee Khiong who is eagerly collecting Shizouka info as well. ^^

If the RX-78-2 gets a version 2.0 MG, why not the guntank as well?

the MG G Armor, not sure if this comes with the MG ver 2.0 gundam. however chances are it’s a separate kit.

I don’t usually report on 1/144 HG releases however this kit looks too cool not to post. the HGUC Kampfer

finally, not exactly a gundam but a mecha nonetheless, the Code Geass Lancelot… i think. ^^; haven’t even finished the first season of this anime. ^^;

oops almost missed this, the VF-25 from Macross Frontier and it’s weird looking enemy? which reminds me, have to catch up on that as well. ^^;

Star Wars The Clone Wars

After Revenge of the Sith George Lucas decided to do an animation movie The Clone Wars. not to be confused with the animation series featured on cartoon network with the same name. check out the trailer below. or see the high res video on the official site

Events of this movie take place somewhere between Episode II and III and it seems that Anakin Skywalker is going to get a female Padawan. One thing fans might notice is that the character animation art on this movie seems to be stylized to look like thunderbird marionettes. Nevertheless, Star Wars fans old and new will surely welcome this new movie when it finally opens in August. ^^

Dragon Ball Movie

more Dragonball movie news. the actor playing Goku is Justin Chatwin. Justin played as a ghost of a comatosed boy Nick Powell in the 2007 movie The Invisible. Personally I think he’s a bit to young to play as Goku. on the other hand it might be better to have someone the target audience can relate to I guess. ^^
